Roseanne's Description.
Roseanne, black kelpie crossed with a small breed, who was dumped on the Gwyder Highway in the middle of the rangers far away from any sign of a house or property on a dark rainy night. She was lucky as a lovely lady stopped to pick her up called Roseanne who was driving to Grafton for the cattle sales. She spent the day with this lady who was trying to find her owner but no one claimed her. So Roseanne contacted HappyPaws Haven and we took her in. We called her after the lady who found her as a tribute to her kindness. Roseanne the dog is slightly timid, very loving, in fact loves cuddles, bonds easily with her human. Is well mannered and not over the top like a pure kelpie can be. She is gentle with the little pups and we suspect she is only quite young herself. She would make a loving companion dog. She has been chipped, immunised, wormed heart worm treated and de-sexed.
