Ned's Description.
Ned is a young kelpie/border collie cross pup who was abandoned when his owner left Grafton. Since coming to HappyPaws Haven at the beginning of this year he has been socialised with other pups and adult dogs. He is desexed, chipped and immunised and is ready to go to a new home where he will need to go to puppy pre-school or attend basic manners at a dog club.
